Day 1

Day 1 Homework (with your worksheets)

You can do this easily work alongside the last 20 mins of the replay

1. Journal for 10 minutes. Ton find the "right size issue" (that isn't all your problems in the one) ask yourself what's been bugging you of late. What have you been preoccupying over, what's been going one, what story are you telling yourself?

2.Ask yourself: What is/are the emotion/s I feel as I am writing about this?

3. Is there an emotion that's driving all this? If so, write it down.

4. Ask yourself: When I feel this emotion, how does my body tell me this emotion is present? The answer should be body sensation, (see your Day 1 worksheets)

5. Emotion combined with the body sensation is your emotion/ feeling bundle that you will work with for the remainder of the workshop.
